Starting Monday, March 16, Sound Transit will close Kent Station’s northwest Sounder surface parking lot.
NoneNone | The only available spots for this lot will be three ADA parking spots. This closure will last the duration of this project phase. We expect this phase to be completed in December 2026. We encourage drivers to use the existing Kent garage at W Smith St and 1st Ave N.

From Tuesday, Sept. 8, through Friday, Oct. 2, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, sidewalk revision work will take place at 77th Ave SE near the west entrance to Mercer Island Station.
NoneNone | This work will take place outside the west entrance of 77th Ave SE. The sidewalk will be closed to northbound traffic during working hours, including the drop-off/pick-up location.
<br><br>The sidewalk to the north of this entrance will be closed for the duration of the project, so passengers can only access this entrance from the south.

From Jul. 22 through Sept. 30, Tukwila International Boulevard Station will have reduced parking capacity due to construction. Passengers may use Angle Lake Station for additional parking.
